How to Start Your Career at Wayne Memorial Hospital

Your application will be reviewed by a Human Resources Specialist as quickly as possible! If you do not receive a telephone call from our office to set up an interview, your application will be kept on file for six months and will be considered for future positions.

Interviews

A Human Resources (HR) Specialist will contact qualified candidates directly to coordinate interviews. Prior to an interview, you will be asked to complete an employment application if you have not already done so. The best candidate is chosen from all of those who have interviewed and will be offered the position.

Pre-Employment Process

Once the position is offered and accepted, the candidate is scheduled to complete HR paperwork, including:

  • Background check
  • Health/drug screen
  • Employee Orientation – general sessions & clinical sessions
