Urogynecology

What is Urogynecology?
Urogynecology is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor disorders in women. It combines elements of gynecology and urology to address conditions such as:
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Overactive bladder
  • Interstitial cystitis
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Other issues affecting the pelvic muscles and tissues
Trained in Urogynecology, the physicians at the Women’s Health Center are experts in both non-surgical and surgical treatments, offering personalized care to help women regain comfort, confidence, and quality of life. Whether through physical therapy, medication, or minimally invasive procedures, urogynecology provides solutions tailored to each patient’s needs – often within our private office setting through medication, injections and other minimally invasive procedures.
Treatments also include:
  • RIMSO bladder instillation
  • Axonics®Therapy
  • Botox and Coaptite injections
  • Bladder Slings
