WMCHC Dental Offices Accepting New Patients with Addition of Dentist

Both Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) dental sites — The Together For Health Dental Center in Honesdale and Pike Dental Center in Lords Valley — are now accepting new pediatric and adult patients, thanks to the recruitment of  Allison Sujin Yu, DMD.

“We are excited to have Dr. Yu working with us as a member of our team,” stated Nichole Yannone, dental manager, WMCHC. “With another dental provider onboard, CHC can extend its reach of general dentistry services to a greater number of people.”

Dr. Yu received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her one-year residency as a general dental practitioner at Einstein Medical Center also located in Philadelphia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in biological sciences from Hunter College – City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to joining WMCHC’s roster of dentists, Dr. Yu worked at practices located in Luzerne and Montgomery Counties of Pennsylvania.

Appointments may be made at either site. Call 570-775-7818 for Pike Dental Center and 570-521-6534 for Together for Health Dental Center.

WMCHC is a federally qualified health center clinically affiliated with Wayne Memorial Health System, Inc.  Both centers accept most private insurances, managed care plans and medical assistance. A sliding fee based on income is also offered to those who qualify. Visit wmchc.net for more information.
