PATIENT NOTICE FOR TUESDAY, AUGUST 9TH Some Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers Closing Early
(Honesdale, August 8th)… The following Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers will see their last patients at 4pm, tomorrow, Tuesday, August 9th, in honor of National Health Centers Week and a special employee event: Carbondale Family Health Center (FHC), Hamlin FHC, Honesdale FHC, Pike FHC, Pinnacle FHC, all pediatric offices (Honesdale, Sterling, Waymart, Lords Valley), Women’s Health Centers (Honesdale, Dingmans Ferry, Hamlin and Carbondale) and Lake Region Urgent Care
NOT closing early: Highland Physicians Family Health Center, Together for Health Dental Center, Pike Dental Center, Behavioral Health Center, Forest City Family Health Center, Northern Wayne Family Health Center, Waymart Family Health Center and the Honesdale VA Center.
