A Request for Visitors

(Honesdale, May 3, 2021)… Wayne Memorial Hospital is asking its visitors for help. To avoid crowds in hospital waiting areas and maintain as safe an environment as possible, the hospital is asking visitors to please coordinate visitation times and not congregate in areas designated for people scheduled for tests and procedures. Only one visitor is allowed at a time in most units. If you are waiting your turn to visit a room, please wait in your vehicle or come back at another time.

Wayne Memorial welcomes visitors but must impose restrictions out of a concern for safety.  While the pandemic appears to be slowing down, the hospital continues to see positive COVID-19 cases. Helping us keep our staff and patients safe means helping to keep the community safe.  THANK YOU.
