We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Please call us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment.
In the event of a serious situation, or one which causes you great concern, go immediately to the Emergency Department of the nearest hospital and request that your doctor be contacted. If the situation is less severe, please contact the office at (570) 253-3005 and the doctor on call or our office personnel will give you instructions.
All patients are encouraged to call with any questions that they may have. Our team is here to assist you however your question may be addressed by a member of our trained staff. If a doctor’s help is required, our staff can relay your information to your physician, who will answer your call at the earliest opportunity.
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office hours, the answering service will forward all messages to the clinician on call. A clinician from our office is available on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. All calls are returned at the earliest opportunity.
