Community Health Needs Assessment 2022!
Every three years, Wayne Memorial Hospital (WMH) and Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) ask the public to help them assess and answer our community’s health needs via an internet survey. The survey includes focus groups, interviews with key stakeholders in the community and a public survey. Thank you to all who participated in this important canvassing of our community’s current needs.
