Services offered will include routine and sick visits, treatment of colds, flu, minor injuries, lacerations, and physicals. Laboratory services will also be offered on-site by Wayne Memorial Hospital on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The delivery of healthcare in our region is changing,” stated Frederick Jackson, executive director of Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers. “By offering weekend hours without having to make an appointment, our physicians and nurse practitioners are available for hands-on care more frequently than ever before.”

The new hours encourage walk-ins. However, scheduled appointments can be made on these days as well. New patients will be accepted. The Pike Family Health Center accepts most private insurances, medical assistance and offers a sliding-fee scale based on income.
