Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers' patient portal is a secure messaging system that allows patients to communicate online with the staff at our family health center offices. The service is available 24/7 and accessed through a secure login. As with any medical office, our telephones can become quite busy. By taking advantage of the services offered through the portal, you will be able to make common requests previously only available through a direct phone call.
How do I Get to the Patient Portal?
After providing your email address to our front office staff and agreeing to join the Patient Portal, an invitation will be sent to your email. Once your account is set up it can be accessed 24/7 via the internet or your Smartphone by going to www.wmh.org/community_health_centers/patient_portal.
