Administrative Assistant

Description:
The 24 hour Part time Administrative Assistant reports to the executive director and works with the Management team in a key roll. Duties in addition to routine administrative support include: • Staff Provider Scheduling support: o Works with Executive Director to establish provider call schedules in Primary care and Pediatrics. o Responsible for weekend support staffing schedule • Vaccine Ordering management for all sites • Grants management o Works with Executive director and Grants manager to insures all regulatory requirements are met • Board of Directors---Manage board of directors membership and communications. • Minutes of managers meetings • Works with Grants manager and Executive Director to insure that all grant correspondence reporting and documentation is completed and in compliance with BPHC guidelines

Requirements:
Health Care or administrative experience. Associates degree or higher preferred. High school graduate required. Strong interpersonal skills. Some evenings required

Dental Assistant/Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Description:
Company growth has created openings for a Full and/or Part time Dental Assistant. Candidate will perform the functions of a Dental Assistant/EFDA under direct supervision of a dentist. Limited evening and weekend hours may be required. Current openings in Lords Valley and Honesdale offices. Requirements:
Dental Assistant: Must possess authorization from the State Board of Dentistry to perform dental radiographic procedures. Graduate of Dental Assisting program and experience preferred. EFDA: Successful completion of a state approved EFDA Degree program and possess current PA EFDA certification. Experience preferred.

Information Systems Manager

Description:
Information Systems Manager for progressive fast growing medical group. Primary duties include growing implementing and managing various IT platforms in support of multispecialty physician and Dental practices. Coordinate perform and ensure quality and effective EHR programming development and implementation. Maintain system libraries and ensure proper database administration. Plan and ensure proper system version management for software and operating systems. Supervise and / or provide assistance as required to other IT Staff Support group as related to their responsibilities for the development and implementation of department specific systems. Training Oversight of all staff provider for EMR training and workflows. Manage and Design IT reporting systems for Quality initiatices such as Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home.

Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in programming capacity or the equivalent education (to include knowledge and use of 2 of the following: SQL .NET C# or a relational database system); Four years experience in operating environments including Windows Server VMWARE Citrix Windows Clients; Understanding and practical experience in system administration file management and system library functions; Requires effective communication with end users as it relates to operations of the hospital information system; BS in computer science information systems or its equivalent in education is required; Previous healthcare physician practice management EMR systems experience is preferred.

Nurse Midwife

Description:
Certified Nurse Midwife to work in progressive growing OB/GYN practice in the Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers. Join our professional team consisting of two midwives three OB/GYNs and two gynecologists based in Honesdale and operating in four satellite sites. Position will be based in Carbondale with Call and delivery service at WMH in Honesdale PA. Duties include Obstetrical call and coverage pre and post-natal care. Womens Health care including gynecological care and family planning.

Physician-Primary Care

Description:
Family Practice or Internal Medicine-Outpatient Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our position qualifies for loan repayment and waiver positions. Our website is @ WMH.org. Click on the Green Radio button at the top right to see the health center group. There is a primary care tab. We are recruiting for both the Honesdale and the Pike County offices. Click on the Primary care tab. We are a progressive multi specialty group with nine medical sites one dental and one behavioral office in northeastern Pennsylvania. We are affiliated with Wayne Memorial Hospital. Our primary care practices are outpatient only business hours with one evening per week and one to two weekend (1/2 day shifts) per month. Call is limited to phone support. Inpatient service is provided by the systems hospitalist group. Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired. EMR platform is GE Centricity which is fully integrated with the hospital system. Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.

Requirements:
Candidate must have M.D. D.O. or foreign degree equivalent; have completed residency in family or internal medicine and be board certified or board eligible. Reply by resume to Frederick Jackson Executive Director.

Registered Nurse Walk-in Center

Description:
Registered Nurse for walk-in urgent care center to provide clinical care in office setting. Duties include: • Clinical Assistance to physicians • Triage of potential patients to determine appropriateness for walk-in center or referral to emergency room • Responsible for training and oversight of medical assistants • Help develop an implement clinical protocols and procedure

Requirements:
Registered Nurse Relevant experience in urgent care or emergency room preferred with some physician office background
