Certified Medical Assistant

Description:

The right candidate will enjoy handing multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical office environment. Requirements:

Physician-Primary Care

Description:
Family Practice or Internal Medicine-Outpatient Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our position qualifies for loan repayment and waiver positions. We are recruiting for both the Honesdale and the Pike County offices. Click on the Primary care tab. We are a progressive multi specialty group with nine medical sites one dental and one behavioral office in northeastern Pennsylvania. We are affiliated with Wayne Memorial Hospital. Our primary care practices are outpatient only business hours with one evening per week and one to two weekend (1/2 day shifts) per month. Call is limited to phone support. Inpatient service is provided by the systems hospitalist group. Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired. EMR platform is GE Centricity which is fully integrated with the hospital system. Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.

Requirements:

Practice is in outpatient setting with weekday hours and possibly one evening per week. No call. Systems Support Supervisor

Description:
Provide system support and coordination for a progressive fast growing medical group. Primary duties include growing, implementing and managing various IT platforms in support of multispecialty, multi-site physician and dental practices. Heavy project management responsibilities, coordinating with internal and external contacts. Ensure quality and effective EHR programming development and implementation. Maintain system libraries and ensure proper database administration. Plan and ensure proper system version management for software and operating systems. Supervise IT Staff. Training oversight and implementation of all staff and providers for EMR utilization and workflows. Design and manage IT reporting systems for quality initiatives such as Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home.

Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in programming capacity or the equivalent education (to include knowledge and use of 2 of the following: SQL .NET C# or a relational database system); Four years experience in operating environments including Windows Server VMWARE Citrix Windows Clients; Understanding and practical experience in system administration file management and system library functions; Requires effective communication with end users as it relates to operations of the hospital information system; BS in computer science information systems or its equivalent in education is required; Previous healthcare physician practice management EMR systems experience is preferred.
